Activity alleviates anxiety. If you’re feeling nervous all of the time about what you’ve got going on in life, or where your life is possibly headed, you could get over that by actually putting in some work. If you’re worried about things that may or may not happen in your future, the best way for you to get yourself out of that mental space is by working on something. Instead of using your energy to worry about something, most likely something that is pretty frivolous, you need to use that energy on reading a book, or going to the gym, or making some new business contacts; basically you just need to do things that are actually going to bring your life to a new and higher level.
